使用雙線性滑軌作為支撐負載使用，可承受負載、行走精度、結構剛性皆優於MTX系列。
It adopts a double slide rail guide for operation. Loads, precision and rigidity are better than MTX series.
● 可設置緩衝裝置 With pneumatic absorber:
附氣壓緩衝，氣缸兩側可加裝行程調整螺絲或油壓緩衝器。
With pneumatic absorber. Both sides of cylinder can add stroke adjustment screws and oil absorbers.
● 可自動化控制 For automated control:
可搭配感應器作自動化控制使用。
Cylinder can be auto-controlled with sensors.
● 缸徑:Ø10~Ø25，作動形式:複動型，行程:100~600mm
